Background

The Indonesian Notary Association (INI), currently chairing the Asian Affairs Commission of the International Union of Notaries (CAAs UINL) is hosting the 7th Asian Commission Plenary Conference on 7 September 2017.


To follow the Plenary Conference, the INI will hold an International Seminar that works around three main key topics: ease of doing business, direct foreign investment, and legal certainty.


Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is important in realizing an open and effective economy system. So that foreign investment results in the growth of economy and eventually prosperity of the people, enabling national policy and favorable investment climate are keys. One of the globally accepted success indicators for investment is the World Bank Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) index.
